How Create2Discover handles personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Create2Discover, operated by Code2Discover, LLC (“Create2Discover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information through the Create2Discover website and related business communications. This policy is intended primarily for parents, guardians, and other adults who visit the public website or contact us about classes.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact Create2Discover through an inquiry form, we may collect a parent or guardian first name, email address, program interest, class or question type, learner age or age range, private-group size, project or experience information, scheduling questions, and other information you choose to include in your message.

Our public inquiry form does not require a child’s full name. Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, payment-card numbers, medical information, or other sensitive information through the public contact form.

Newsletter and marketing information

If you subscribe to a Create2Discover email list or request free learning resources, we may collect information such as your first name and email address. Create2Discover uses Mailchimp to manage email marketing and subscriptions. You may unsubscribe using the link included in marketing emails.

Website usage information

Like most websites, our site and hosting systems may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data. On the public website, Create2Discover uses Google Analytics only after a visitor allows the optional Statistics category through the website privacy choices. When a visitor allows the optional Marketing category, Create2Discover may also use OpenAI’s ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel to understand whether advertising interactions lead to website actions such as inquiries, registrations, or purchases. We use this information to understand site usage, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve content and navigation.

Registration and payment information

When registration or payment is offered through Create2Discover or a third-party class, scheduling, or payment provider, that provider may collect the information needed to complete the transaction. Create2Discover does not need or intend to store full payment-card numbers in the public website inquiry form.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and help families determine whether a program is a good fit.
• Provide classes, scheduling, parent communication, and related customer support.
• Maintain business and instructional records that are reasonably necessary to operate Create2Discover.
• Improve website content, resources, programs, and user experience.
• Send newsletters or marketing messages when you have subscribed or otherwise requested them.
• Protect the website and services from spam, abuse, fraud, security threats, or technical problems.
• Meet legal, accounting, tax, safety, or regulatory obligations when applicable.

Google account connections and Google API information

Create2Discover uses company-operated integrations with Google services to manage and evaluate our business activities. For the Google Ads connection, a Create2Discover administrator authorizes access to the company’s advertising account through Google’s OAuth consent process. Parents, guardians, and students are not asked to connect their personal Google accounts to our internal advertising tools.

The Google Ads integration requests the Google Ads API scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). This authorization can allow the integration to read account and campaign information and, where the account holder has granted appropriate permissions, make advertising changes. Depending on the task, information accessed may include advertising account identifiers, campaign and ad-group settings, budgets, keywords and search terms, ad assets, performance and conversion reports, and account configuration. Changes to advertising resources are subject to separate authorization and operational safeguards.

We use this information to monitor and improve our advertising, evaluate how families discover our programs, prepare and review campaign decisions, diagnose measurement issues, and maintain relevant business records. We do not use information obtained through this connection to build personal profiles of students, target children with personalized advertising, or carry out activities unrelated to the authorized Create2Discover business purposes.

Storage, security, and sharing

Our Google Ads connection uses secured, server-side authentication. The OAuth refresh token and client secret are stored in protected, encrypted PageMotor settings; temporary access tokens are requested from Google to communicate with the Google Ads API. Access to connection settings and returned advertising data is restricted to authorized business operators and systems that need the information for the described functions. Necessary reports and operational records may be retained for business, security, and legal purposes as described in this Privacy Policy.

Google receives API requests as the provider of Google Ads. Our website hosting and integration providers may process information when necessary to operate the connection. When an authorized Create2Discover administrator requests AI-assisted analysis or drafting, selected business advertising information returned by the integration may be processed by the AI service used to provide that assistance. We aim to limit this information to what is relevant and avoid sending children’s personal information or unnecessary parent identifiers. We do not sell Google account data or provide it to unrelated advertisers or data brokers.

Authorization, revocation, and privacy questions

An authorized Google account holder can review or revoke the relevant connection using Google account security controls or by updating Google Ads access permissions. Administrators can also ask Create2Discover to disconnect the integration or review or delete retained business data when appropriate, subject to reasonable security, legal, and recordkeeping requirements. The consent choices described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy continue to apply to public website visitors separately from our internal Google account authorization. Children’s instructional records are addressed in the separate Student Hub privacy notice.

How information is shared

Create2Discover does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as website and email infrastructure providers, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, OpenAI for advertising measurement when the Marketing category is allowed, scheduling or class platforms, video-meeting services, payment processors, and other vendors used to deliver a requested service. These providers receive information only as needed for the role they perform.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or respond to a valid legal request.

Cookies and analytics

Create2Discover uses necessary website technology for core operation, security, forms, and remembering a visitor’s privacy choice. Optional Preferences, Statistics, and Marketing categories are presented separately. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when the Statistics category is allowed. The ChatGPT Ads Measurement Pixel is loaded only when the Marketing category is allowed, and is used to measure ad-related website activity such as inquiries, registrations, and purchases. Visitors can review or change optional choices at any time from the Privacy Choices page, and browser controls can also be used to limit or delete stored website data.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Marketing subscription information is retained until you unsubscribe or the record is otherwise removed.

Children’s information and the Student Hub

The public Create2Discover website and public inquiry forms are directed to parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not ask children to submit personal information through the public marketing website.

Create2Discover also maintains a separate Student Hub for instructional and operational records related to learners. The Student Hub has its own privacy notice and parent-rights process because it involves child-related learning records.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages. You can also review optional website cookie choices from the Privacy Choices page. You may contact Create2Discover to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business, safety, legal, or accounting reasons.

Parents or guardians seeking access, deletion, or consent-related action involving Student Hub records should use the process described in the Student Hub privacy notice.

Security

Create2Discover uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we also limit the information requested through public forms and ask families not to submit sensitive credentials through ordinary website messages.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website, service providers, or business processes change. The date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
